What’s in EB1A DIY Kit For You
This EB1A DIY kit shows a real case of a very young scientist, with only one year of postdoc experience. Despite this fact his EB1A petition was approved in 14 days!
This case was prepared by an immigration lawyer, Joseph Atkin. He works on EB1A cases every day and his experience is projected into this case as well. See how he presented the case very clearly. No lengthy petition letter, just persuasive arguments, right to the point.
USCIS changes the forms frequently. We updated all the documents to the latest versions and the kit is up-to-date according to the latest standard. In the future, we will also update the kit immediately after any changes are made and you as a customer will get all these updates for FREE.
The EB1A DIY kit shows all documents submitted to USCIS:
- 3 petition letters
- 6 reference letters
- forms and fees
- all other supporting evidence
Please note, that we changed the names of involved people, institutions etc., but we did this very carefully. We kept all relevant information in the petition and fictive names and data correspond through all the documents in the whole EB1A DIY kit. This way, you will not lose an idea “who says what” or “what number should I put in this form”. The DIY Kit shows all documents in the closest form as it was submitted to USCIS.
In addition, we prepared free bonus for you – editable templates with predefined styles for your convenience. You can focus on writing your own arguments rather then creating document styles from scratch.
We have included a brief Start Here guide explaining how the EB1A petition is organized and where to send it, including useful links to direct official resources.
We believe this EB1A DIY kit is unique and offer a lot more than other kits on the market, check the details here. Don’t miss this opportunity to get it with 33% discount!
If you have any questions or suggestions please let us know, we are glad to help.

Hi Veronika, I’m interested in purchasing the kit, but I’m wondering if it will be helpful for my application as an artist.
Veronika says
Hi Cristina,
thank you very much for your interest! I understand your concerns and I want to do also a research about EB1A in arts. Not sure yet, how much value I can bring to you but I will try to find valuable info for this specific field as well.
In fact, one of my clients on EB2 NIW used my kit successfully for his EB1 (testimonial nr. 17 – actor) I still think it is valuable to see how the whole application looks like, how to organize the petition, how to write the petition letter and fill the forms.
Anyway, even though I do not usually offer 100% money back, I offer this to you in your specific case. If you are not satisfied and think that the kit is useless for you, please, let me know and I will issue a full refund.
In the future, I am going to dig deep and gather valuable info also for artists, write about it here on the blog and maybe include it to the DIY kit as well. I hope you can build your case, good luck!
PS: if you have any questions, let me know, I will try to find answers.

Hi,
I was wondering why the DIY kit contain three petition letters.
What is the difference between three petition letters? Are these examples of three different EB-1A petitions?
Thanks
Bodan
Veronika says
Hi Bodan,
thank you for your question.
It is one complete case. First letter is a short “intro” to let USCIS officer know what is this petition about (I-140 petition with premium processing). Second letter is “the core” which demonstrates applicant’s case. It explains how exactly applicant satisfies selected criteria. The third letter is petition letter for the second stage of green card process (I-485) which was submitted after the approval of first stage (I-140).
Let me know if you have further questions.
